Special Efforts
Agro-Terrorism Prevention Centers

The U.S. Dept. of Homeland Security (DHS) is providing funds for two or more new Agro-Terrorism Prevention Centers. Each of these centers will involve one or more U.S. universities ----- plus a combination of for-profit and nonprofit corporations as needed to soon develop effective biosecurity measures as directly and indirectly related to all parts of our food system. There will be work on foreign and zoonotic animal diseases that may be employed in a bioterrorist attack. (Zoonotic diseases are animal diseases that could be transmitted to humans.) Other work shall focus on pre-harvest & post-harvest techniques for improved food security. This effort supplements the biosecurity efforts being directed by the U.S. Dept. of Agriculture (USDA), Centers for Disease Control (CDC), and other agencies.

Needful Provision, Inc. (NPI), and its affiliated organization, Preparedness Systems Intl., Inc. (PSI) will conduct a number of projects to support the subject Agro-Terrorism Prevention Centers to assist Americans in achieving biosecurity. NPI is already helping a Russian university develop similar biosecurity means for the Russian people. As this work is established, NPI/ PSI expect to assist other nations with their biosecurity. None of our projects will be published for reasons of security. NPI’s efforts are being directed by David A. Nuttle, President ---and former GS-14 CIA Special Operations Officer with very extensive training and experience in counterterror, biosecurity, and homeland security. Nuttle is also the inventor of 63 innovative technologies providing support to biosecurity and homeland security efforts worldwide. (These inventions are assigned to NPI.)
